Subject: Another Wife Story
This is the show I was looking forward to hearing as a board, I had always had a too fast or slow AUD of this. This is sweet, the West LA and Esau (shadow boxing) were early versions, and Jerry's soulful voice and noodling strokes throught the short but blazin Help>Slip was a treat. Phil dropped alot of bombs and a tradition for Hampton...smokestack,,no other venue got it twice This was my wife's first show. We had a blast dancing and she still talks about memories of the dancers twirling in doorways and hallways of Hampton.

Hi Pig Street;

Wow, how cool is that!

I was at the Hampton shows in 88 and I really enjoyed the whole atmosphere not to mention the shows were incredible.
I danced my way from the top to the bottom.
(Ballad of a thin man- blew me away!)

A really nice venue!

"I love how animated Garcia is in the second J-peg you linked!!!"

Name one other person that can raise a single arm and people classify it as "animated"?

A raised arm AND a finger---now THAT'S animated!

Personally, I loved the high-energy of the RED t-shirt. The vibes were hypercosmicallyintensive.

We always said,

"Jerry in red, trouble ahead"

not sure why we said that?

Because with Jerry raising an arm AND finger, somebody could have had an eye put out. Ya know, "it's all fun and games til someone loses an eye."

Sitting in the hallway AFTER the show, my buddy turned to me
and said, "what do you think they are gonna open up with for
the 2nd set?". I took me a while to tell him the show was
over.
